History of Colonel Taylor Inn
The Colonel Joseph Taylor House is located at 633 Upland Road in Cambridge, Ohio. The house waslisted in te National Register on 2008-08-29.
Samuel Hannford built the house for Coloel Joseph Danner Taylor, an influential 19th century educator, attorney, business leader and politician. Col. Taylor was influential in the development of Cambridge, ohio and built a Queen Anne style mansion to reflect his status.
The house is currently used as a bed and breakfast.
