Lefferts Manor Bed and Breakfast is a small, owner-operated Bed & Breakfast that has branched out to offer a lovely variety of accommodations in charming Brooklyn, New York.

Their accommodations all feature complimentary Wi-Fi, coffees & teas, linens, towels, & soap. The rooms blend Victorian architecture, modern Eastern design, and classic at-home comfort.

After years in the business, memorable guests, and gracious press from the likes of The New York Times and Le Figaro, they are proud to continue providing an affordable, peaceful, and reliable home from which to explore all that Brooklyn & New York City has to offer.

Check-ins

Standard check-in is 3 PM for their rooms and 5 PM for their apartments. They are happy to accommodate early or late Check-Ins if possible, advise them of your travel schedule and they will do their to best to accommodate you.

As management does not have a full-time front desk, they utilize a Self Check-in system where they leave the key in a key drop location and you can let yourself in. This is a great back-up system in case they aren't available to come meet you or your arrival schedule changes.

Check-outs

Check-Out time is 11 a.m. for their rooms and 12 p.m. for the apartments. If you are interested in a late check-out please ask us in advance and they will do our best to accommodate you. If a late check-out is not possible we may also be able to store your luggage for you.

Minimum Stays

They generally have a 3-night minimum and a 5-night minimum for high season, but please contact them directly if you need only one or two nights, as their minimum night requirements often change as their calendar fills up. They do our best to accommodate all reservation requests no matter how short or long or how far or close in advance the request is made.

Shared Bathrooms

In their Home B&B, except for The Parlor Suite, bathrooms are shared. The Fitzgerald and O'Neal Rooms share a bathroom on the 2nd floor and The Osborne, McManus and Bradley share another on the 3rd floor. In Lady Fenimore, The Rose and Blue Rooms share a bathroom in the hall. The apartments all have private bathrooms.

Breakfast

Breakfast is not included with your reservation. They do serve an optional full breakfast at 9am in the Parlor in which you can participate for $15 additionally per person.

Breakfast must be reserved and confirmed 24 hours in advance via SMS or e-mail.

Please be aware that by signing up you are fully liable for the additional fee even if you don't attend.
