The Victorian underwent much renovation the summer and fall of 2010. If you have visited this web site before, or have been in the Victorian, take the time to visit again. Come and see this grand lady in her new makeup and under new ownership in January 2012.
The three deluxe suites each with a private bath, are decorated with great detail. All three of their guest suites have queen sized beds and are located on the second floor. Each room has coffee and tea service and many other little extras. Most all rooms have a small refrigerator and a television.
The Victorian is located in the heart of Sioux Falls. Quick and convenient access to all areas of the city. It is also a part of the historic district and is on the National Historical Homes registry.
Being in the historical district allows our guests to tour the streets and see other fabulous and grand old homes.
Next door one can visit the Pettigrew home and museum which is open daily.
